This is a 70-minute mix which  gives us a condensed version of an entire night's music selection.

 The evening starts with some chilled, Acid Jazz, Nu-Soul kind of grooves; the mood and the tempo build slowly throughout the night, moving to Soulful House, Deep House and more.  It's always understated, warm, laid-back.  People are there to mingle, drink, talk and have fun, and the music is merely the facilitator...

For a DJ , the ability to show restraint is just as important as the ability to go wild.  Taste and good music sense are paramount. This mix is about creating an atmosphere, not about the DJ taking centre stage.

Finally made it to the 10th episode!

This is a short mix to share some great oldschool Funk and R'n'B tracks.  Later in the mix, we move on to some nice laid-back Nu-Soul and Soulful House.  There's plenty more where this came from -  I play a lot of this kind of stuff in my regular bar gigs in Singapore.
